Mercy Ibarra joined the MJ team as an account manager in our Benefits Consulting department and quickly moved up to the role of client executive. In this position, Mercy and her team work to provide comprehensive benefit strategies, health and wellness programs, and compliance services to their clients.
As a seasoned professional, Mercy develops the most cost-effective and strategic benefit options and programs for our clients. She is their primary point of contact and acts as an advocate on their behalf. She enjoys creating effective communication materials and helping our clients navigate the ever-changing world of health care.
